Today The server went live to much fan fair. Or at least some fan fair :). So all you players out there that want to join a new roleplaying server and help shape the future of Merchant's Way please sign in now.

Today I would like to post some news about a few of our new staff members. We have added 1 new DM (Nwn_princess) a new programmer (Eclipse) and a new builder (Roe2002). I am very excited to have them on the team, and I can't wait to get this server open for general players.

We are looking for a new designer and a new programmer for the game. If you would like to know more click here.

Everyone in the beta group is doing a great job of work out some of the kinks in the server. As the server stands now, we are patching about once a day, so fixes are going in fast. Thanks for all your hard work beta testers.

Everyone in the beta group can now find the login password on the message boards under, of all things, "Beta Information".

We would like to let you all know that we have our first GM for TotSL. When you get a chance, please welcome jrwizzard. He comes to use with some great PnP background and what we think is a real desire to make this server rock.

As of June 15th, we are in beta. **Cheer** What does that mean you ask? It means we clean up a few things next few days and on Saturday we let some of you lucky few start play testing. Now note that this still means there is a lot to do on the server, spell changes and balancing the classes to name a few, but at least we will be playing as well.

I added 3 new screen shots to show off our forests, and one more of the main town, Merchant's Way. Check them out in the gallery.

To start with, today saw the launch of our server. The server information is [here]. Also the Deities section was finished today, so check it out.

Updated the Deities section today with all the major gods, a new guide and a Flash Paper version of our whole deity list. Also, I updated the Message Board post on "Server Statistics and status of development". [Here]

I would also like to take the time to welcome our first new players on the SL message boards (Shads03 and Crulon). May you be the first of many to come.
